Substrate pretreatment
– Thoroughly clean, degrease and roughen substrates.
– For UP-GF (fibreglass) substrate parts, remove residual release agents and lightly sand surface.
– Use suitable cleaning agents for cleaning substrates to make sure that soiling and residue is removed completely.
Application
– Apply filler.
Mixing ratio
– Add 2% by weight of 2-pack hardener LVM 018 000 A1/A2.
Important
● Avoid overdosing hardener, as this can lead to bleeding through, especially with dayglow paints and light metallic colours.
Processing time
Processing time is approx. 3 to 5 minutes at +20°C ambient temperature.
Reaction temperature must be at least +5°C.
Drying
Air drying: 15 to 30 minutes at +20°C ambient temperature.
Infrared drying: short-wave radiant heater, 2 to 3 minutes (at 50% output).
Sanding
– Sand to contour using orbital sander, P180 to 240 grit dry sandpaper and dust collector.
Important
● Temperature resistance to +80°C.
Recoating
– Paint over with top coat.

2-pack fine filler LSP 787 100 A1 is a flexible 2-pack filler with good filling properties.
The flexible 2-pack fine filler does not shrink and offers excellent adhesion to numerous substrates.
The flexible 2-pack fine filler is especially suitable for plastics.

– Prime bare metal spots and filler spots with 2-pack wash primer LHV 043 000 A2, then apply 2-pack HS Performance surfacer LVM 014.
– Avoid overdosing hardener, as this can lead to bleeding through, especially with dayglow paints and light metallic colours.
Important
● Minimum reaction temperature at +5°C.
– Overpaint with top coat.
– Before applying surfacer, sand entire surface using orbital sander, P280 to P500 grit dry sandpaper and dust collector.
